Shipping Methods and Costs

At ALTURA BEVERAGE COMPANY, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. During checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your beverage order. All shipping and handling charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping costs depend on the products in your order and the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.

Processing and Shipping Times

We process and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order and confirming payment. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST), excluding weekends and national holidays.
Orders placed during special promotions, sales events, or holidays may take longer to process.

If you are shipping within the United States, you may have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight Service). These options and prices will be shown during checkout.

Title & Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products you order pass to you once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier. Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. ALTURA BEVERAGE COMPANY is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

E-mails About Your Order

Once you place an order with ALTURA BEVERAGE COMPANY, you’ll receive email updates regarding your order status, including:

  • Order Confirmation – Confirms we received your order and includes your order number.

  • Shipping Confirmation – Notifies you when your order (or part of it) has shipped. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you may receive separate emails.

  • Important Notices About Your Order – If there’s an issue processing your order, shipping to your address, or any other concern, we’ll notify you immediately. If you receive this email, please contact us at info@alturabev.com so we can help resolve the issue.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking numbers are assigned to orders once they ship. You can find your tracking number:

  • In your Shipping Confirmation Email

  • By logging into your ALTURA BEVERAGE COMPANY account and viewing your Order History

Depending on the shipping method selected and the carrier, tracking information may vary. Some carriers may take up to 3 business days to update tracking details after your order leaves our warehouse.

You can easily check the status of your order by:

  • Checking your email for order updates

  • Logging into your ALTURA BEVERAGE COMPANY account to view your order history and tracking info
